Shaw has over 36 years of BBQing experience. Shaw's was first opened in 1963 in Santa Ana, California. This is where Shaw first developed his passion for BBQing Texas Style

Meaty Pork Ribs seasoned with our special pork rib rub and slowly smoked to perfection in our custom made smoker. Beef Brisket slowly cooked for hours with our special dry rub to get that mouth watering taste. BBQ Chicken, tender and juicy, cooked with our special bbq rub. Texas Hot Sausage a special family recipe passed down through generations, using choice meats, cooked and smoked over oak wood.
